Alanna Beebe
Alanna Beebe is a certified Empowering People in the Workplace and Positive Discipline Educator. She has 18+ yrs in communications/training, and equity & social justice policy development. She is the Managing Director at Sproutable. Her expertise includes: Adlerian Psychology, change management, DEI, social neuroscience, conflict resolution, and working with diverse/global teams.

Our team is trained in Adlerian Psychology’s Empowering People in the Workplace training. This program is designed to provide a step-by-step approach to help business professionals understand how to create a culture of mutual respect in the workplace.
This program stands alone or offers significant enhancement to other leadership programs; it emphasizes experiential activities based on Adlerian principles and tools to inspire deeper understanding of team relationship dynamics and the intrinsic motivation to change. This leadership style encourages horizontal leadership within a vertical leadership structure.
Adlerian Theory teaches that all humans want to feel significance and belonging. Significance meaning: I matter and I contribute. Belonging meaning: I am connected to others; we have shared values and goals. This management style encourages connection (empathy, DEI, strengths-based strategies) and firmness (boundaries, agreements, goals, follow-through) at the same time.
